    Register a vacancy

    When you register your vacancy with us, the first thing that we will do is to contact you to discuss the role in more detail and to make sure that we are equipped to start our search for you. As well as the requirements of your vacancy, we will also discuss salary and benefits and very importantly, the type of candidate that you are looking for.

    Agree a contract

    Once we have an understanding of your business and search requirements we will then run through our package options and confirm pricing.

    At this stage we will also agree the next steps with you and put in place an agreed timeline which we can both work to.

    At Zed we can shape our services to suit your recruitment needs. These include:

    • Contingency based recruitment services  -  success only cost
    • Retained assignments
    • Selected search / headhunt for target individual(s) as opposed to full retained assignment
    • Advertising and response handling on your behalf

    Candidate selection

    Zed will apply different search methods in accordance with your requirements and then provide a suitable shortlist of candidates.

    Where possible we will have interviewed each candidate in person in order to determine skills, behaviours and their interest in working for your company.

    Interview  arrangements

    Your time is precious, so we won’t waste it.

    We will make all interview arrangements and ensure that every candidate is fully briefed.  We will also provide feedback to you after each meeting.

    Negotiation and aftercare

    We will deal with all offer negotiations including salary and benefits and we will also confirm start dates. We do prefer working with you in an open way in order to help you secure the right candidate. Often candidates experience challenges when resigning such as ‘counter-offers’ and we are experienced in dealing with most situations.

    We will also remain in contact after your new employee has joined you to make sure that you are satisfied with our service and they are settling in well.

    In the case of contract roles, we will remain in contact with you throughout the duration of the assignment.
